All of our preset files are delivered as .zip archives. To open them, simply double-click the file (on most computers) or use a free app like WinZip (Windows) or The Unarchiver (Mac). If you still have trouble opening your files, please reach out through the contact form on our website — we’ll be happy to help!

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH MY FILES.

After your purchase, you’ll receive an automatic email from Shopify (or our store) with a download link to your files. Please check your spam or promotions folder in case it was filtered there. If you still can’t find the email, please reach out through our contact form — we’ll resend your download link, usually within 24 hours.

I'M NOT HAPPY WITH PROVIDED SOUNDS. 

We don’t offer refunds on digital products, but we’re happy to help if you’re having setup issues (like gain staging or EQ). All demo tones are 100% unmixed and straight from the devices. If you’re unsure, try our free presets first. For any questions, please email us before purchasing.

CAN I SHARE OR RESELL YOUR PRESETS?

No. All presets are licensed for personal use only. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling them in any form is strictly prohibited.
